Keep dating. š Our šš¹š¶š²š»š šš®šš² š½šæš¼š“šæš®šŗ enables colleagues to explore the world of our customers: on the phone, instore, online or accompanying a technician during visits to customers' homes. This way our colleagues hear and see up close what makes our customers tick and what they are concerned about, thus really getting to know them; their questions, their expectations and their stories. š” And this provides new insights! What our colleagues learn in the process is thus relayed to how we actually assist customers. Little things often make the difference: a question that is understood more quickly, a more appropriate solution.
