This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is Action and at TMC, that’s exactly what we’re focused on. Over the past year, we’ve taken meaningful steps to better support our people from introducing a company-wide Mental Health Policy and training Mental Health First Aiders, to redesigning our workspace and creating clear, accessible support pathways, including our EAP. But this isn’t a one-off. We’re committed to building a culture where mental health and wellbeing are part of everyday working life.
