It wasn't long ago that Emily C. was working as a chef by the seaside. A few years and a TEG apprenticeship later, she is now Customer Service Apprentice of the Year. Her workdays once involved pots and pans. Cheffing was fun and fast-paced. But Emily missed working with customers. So when she noticed TEG was searching for apprentices, she applied. Ever since, for Emily, it's been one success after another. Today, Emily no longer sautés and seasons. Instead she runs interviews. She trains TEG's ops team. She helps customers make the most of new TEG technologies. And she does it all brilliantly – to the extent that, in February, Emily was named Wiltshire College & University Centre’s 2026 Customer Service Apprentice of the Year.
