1st May marked a milestone for the UpCloud support team. To better reflect the cloud support we deliver every day, our entire support team has officially transitioned to Cloud Support Engineers. I see it is more than just a title change. It is a recognition of the engineering-level expertise required to support our world-class European cloud infrastructure.
