Seems like this term MDiT has attracted good amount of questions in my inbox, so I’ll just clear it out for the public. Firstly, yes it was adopted from the well known term MDRT however with a different meaning. MDRT celebrates personal sales achievement while MDiT celebrates total earned income in the latest year (personal + overriding commissions). We believe income is what counts the most because it directly impacts your lifestyle, well being and financial health.
