Just concluded an explosive award event. Met so many new agents from diverse backgrounds, including from other insurance agencies. Welcome to BUSS family. As I mingled around especially with existing agents, they share one thing in common glaringly. The life insurance industry traditional business model is disempowering, allowing only a select few to reach the top. It is not new info, but what is shocking is, it all came from high performing agents in their previous agencies.
