In our very first Talent Collective Council meeting, Markus said something that made the whole team pause. We were talking about the 3-day L&D Team Intensive we're building, and he said: "If we agree what the initiative should cover, and we think with what we're seeing from the market right now, this would be something really good and really helpful… then we all feel comfortable with the program and we think this makes sense. Then it becomes a no-brainer." That's Markus. Not just nodding along. Not rubber-stamping. But asking: "Does this actually solve what teams are facing right now?" His work in learning design and behavior change is grounded in evidence, not trends. In application, not theory. In outcomes that hold up when the work gets hard. I'm honored to introduce Markus Bernhardt as a Talent Collective Board Member. This is what happens when you surround yourself with people who've done the work. Who know the difference between training and capability. Who won't let us build something that's "fine." When you join the Talent Development Academy, you're getting development that's been shaped by this standard. Welcome to the Board, Markus.
