Meet Julie Dirksen. Talent Collective Council Member. If you've read Design for How People Learn, you already know her work. If you haven't, it's sold over 100,000 copies and is one of the most widely-read books in instructional design. But here's what matters more: Julie's work is about making sure learning actually changes behavior. Not just delivers content. Not just checks boxes. Actually sticks. In our first Council meeting, she talked about how everyone has their superpowers, and the key is knowing who to call for what. That's how she thinks. Strategically. Practically. That's the lens she brings to the Council. When you join the Talent Development Academy, you're being developed by the people who've shaped how the industry thinks about learning design. Not inspired by them. Developed by them.
