Arkema has announced a significant leadership transition within its Executive Committee. Effective 1 July 2026, Laurent Tellier will be appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting directly to CEO Thierry Le Hénaff, succeeding Marc Schuller, who is retiring after playing a key role in Arkema’s transformation into a global specialty materials leader. In his new role, Tellier will oversee all major business segments, including Adhesive Solutions (Bostik), Advanced Materials, Coating Solutions, and Primary Materials. To ensure a smooth transition, Marc Schuller will remain on the Executive Committee as Special Advisor to the CEO until 30 September 2026. The leadership change reflects Arkema’s commitment to continuity, strategic growth, and strengthening its position in specialty materials markets worldwide.
