SCHOTTEL has been selected by ONEX Neorion Shipyards & Technologies Group to supply propulsion systems for a new series of 20 RAstar 2800 escort and terminal tugs, to be built at Elefsina Shipyard in Greece. The project includes the delivery of 40 SCHOTTEL RudderPropellers (SRP 490 FP), providing the high manoeuvrability, reliability and performance required for demanding escort and terminal operations worldwide. Beyond the scale of the project, this collaboration highlights the continued investment in advanced maritime technologies and the ongoing revitalization of the Greek shipbuilding industry.
