Scaling a consumer product is hard. The playbook changes every six months, and most founders are figuring it out alone. So in early April we launched our first B2C Circle — and brought seven of them together. Two sessions in, and the value is already clear. A kickoff to set the tone, then a working session digging into the real challenges of scaling consumer products. No fluff, just founders comparing notes on what actually works.
