This role offers the chance to work hands-on with Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Integrations - all while helping translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and supporting end-to-end implementations from design through post-go-live. ⚙️💻 This is a direct hire role based in San Antonio, TX - ideal for a Workday professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering impactful solutions across multiple HCM domains. 📍 Role: Workday Application Developer 📍 Location: San Antonio, TX 📍 Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities: 🔹 Support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live 🔹 Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations across modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations) 🔹 Configure and demonstrate solutions using prototype environments 🔹 Perform and support testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT) 🔹 Ensure awareness of downstream system impacts during configuration and releases 🔹 Support data migration and conversion from legacy HRIS/ERP systems 🔹 Collaborate with integration teams to configure and validate system integrations 🔹 Work within Agile frameworks, contributing to sprint planning and delivery Must-Haves: 🔹 5+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM solutions 🔹 Strong expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Integrations 🔹 Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and system impact analysis 🔹 Experience supporting data migration from ERP/HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG, etc.) 🔹 Experience working in Agile environments 🔹 Strong business analysis and stakeholder communication skills 🔹 Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment Nice to Have: ✨ Experience with additional Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Reporting) ✨ Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics or AI capabilities ✨ Experience supporting multiple HCM implementations simultaneously ✨ Workday certifications ✨ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 📩 Apply today!
