This role offers the chance to work hands-on with PHP, Node.js, MySQL, JavaScript, and AWS-based systems - all while helping modernize legacy platforms, build scalable microservices, and support secure, high-performance applications in a production environment. ⚙️💻 This is a direct hire (open to contract-to-hire) role - initially onsite in Kenesaw, GA, with a transition to a hybrid schedule - ideal for a senior engineer who thrives in evolving environments and enjoys balancing new development with legacy modernization. 📍 Role: Sr. Full-stack Software Engineer 📍 Location: Onsite (Kenesaw, GA) → Hybrid (3 days onsite) 📍 Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities: 🔹 Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using PHP, Node.js, MySQL, and JavaScript 🔹 Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven data solutions 🔹 Modernize and refactor legacy systems to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability 🔹 Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and QA teams to deliver reliable, user-focused applications 🔹 Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers 🔹 Ensure applications meet standards for security, reliability, and performance Must-Haves: 🔹 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development 🔹 Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, Node.js, and JavaScript 🔹 Experience using Git for version control 🔹 Background supporting financial systems, payment processing, or billing platforms 🔹 Understanding of application security, scalability, and system reliability 🔹 Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) Nice to Have: ✨ Experience with Docker or containerization technologies ✨ Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) ✨ Knowledge of government or compliance frameworks ✨ Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership 📩 Apply today!
