This role offers the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure initiatives, enterprise telephony implementations, organizational change management, and enterprise PMO transformation efforts - all while helping mature delivery standards, governance, and operational processes across the organization. 📞⚙️ This is a 100% remote direct hire role (open to contract-to-hire for the right person) - ideal for a project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving enterprise-wide technology initiatives with strong executive visibility. 📍 Role: Enterprise Project Manager 📍 Location: 100% Remote 📍 Type: Direct Hire (open to Contract-to-Hire) Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead enterprise technology projects across infrastructure, clinical applications, and corporate portfolios 🔹 Drive delivery of large-scale telephony and infrastructure implementations 🔹 Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication 🔹 Partner with technical teams, vendors, product owners, and business stakeholders to align delivery objectives 🔹 Lead organizational change management and readiness initiatives 🔹 Support the maturation of enterprise PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards 🔹 Coordinate infrastructure-focused project activities related to enterprise systems 🔹 Monitor project expenses, vendor coordination, and delivery milestones 🔹 Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Workday, and MS Project to manage execution and reporting Must-Haves: 🔹 7+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure-related projects 🔹 Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills 🔹 Experience leading organizational change management and readiness initiatives 🔹 Strong risk management, planning, and project execution capabilities 🔹 Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and resource allocations 🔹 Experience using project management platforms such as Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools 🔹 Ability to thrive in organizations building or maturing enterprise PMO practices Nice to Have: ✨ Prior experience managing telephony system implementations ✨ Experience supporting enterprise PMO transformation or operational maturity initiatives ✨ Experience managing enterprise business transformation projects ✨ PMP certification or similar project management credentials ✨ Experience within healthcare or highly regulated environments 📩 Apply today!
