Wet dust collector on-site installation 👨‍🔧 For Trevi nv and their end client in Dunkerque we have produced and recently installed this wet dust collector. It will treat gases coming from 3 different reactors for zinc purification. The wet dust collector ensures optimal removal of dust particles from waste gases, through a 3-step process: 1. Washing of the waste gas 2. Centrifugal dust collection 3. Post-filtration using a demister The installation is equipped with a plastic fan; pneumatic valves and a compressed air manifold; a temperature transmitter to protect against frost; a conductivity sensor to discharge the scrubber liquid at a set max. salt concentration; an easily dismountable demister. Our electricians were on-site last week to complete the installation. Aren’t these the neatest cable ducts you’ve seen in a long time? 🤩 Well done guys 👏
