At Supercharge, we’ve been exploring how AI can meaningfully improve our product development processes. As we started applying AI across our delivery workflows, one thing became clear: the biggest opportunities weren’t in coding. 💻 For a company like ours, we found that many of the biggest overheads don’t come from coding. Requirements, alignment, documentation, reviews, and knowledge sharing often consume more time than implementation, meaning that simply adding AI to existing workflows only delivers limited results. ⛓️ Over time, we’ve moved from specification-driven development towards stronger engineering foundations and better shared context.
