We had an incredible day visiting the talented cohort at MAMA Youth Project. Mandee Neubauer, Nicholas Ralph & Amy Goodman spent the afternoon diving deep into the future of the creative industry. It wasn't just a site visit, it was a high-energy exchange of ideas focused on two major pillars of career success today: 📝 Optimizing your CV Mandee broke down exactly what employers are looking for in 2026. From highlighting transferable skills to ensuring your unique "creative voice" shines through the digital noise, the session was packed with actionable tips to get that foot in the door. 🤖  Demystifying AI in Content Creation Nick reminded all the trainees not to be scared of AI, but instead to be curious about it. We held an interactive workshop exploring how AI isn't here to replace creativity, but to amplify it. We experimented with: - The Power of the Prompt:  How subtle changes in wording can lead to wildly different interpretations of video content. - Creative Iteration:  Using AI tools to storyboard and concept-test at lightning speed. - Human-Centric Tech:  Why the creator’s vision remains the most important part of the machine.
