"Technology, AI, cyber, data, talent, chips, and energy are no longer separate from national security. They are national security". One of our strongest takeaways from the conversation is that governments are still trying to understand their role in a world where the most powerful technologies are being built by the private sector, funded by private capital, and deployed at unprecedented speed.
