Great leadership programs do more than teach new skills; they create space for leaders to grow together. That idea was at the center of LEAP2030, TE’s Transportation Solutions Segment’s first leadership development cohort. Over ten days at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, 25 leaders came together to build new skills, challenge their thinking, and learn alongside senior leaders engaged in the experience. The program is grounded in the belief that the people who will help lead TE through the next decade need more than functional expertise. They need to build trust across teams, navigate transformation, and make decisions when the path forward is not always clear.
