🔵 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲? We recently completed our biannual ‘𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲’ 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 across all our entities worldwide. More than 90% of our employees participated. A strong signal that our people want to contribute and share feedback. We do not run this survey as a tick-box exercise. We run it to listen, to understand what matters to our people, and to take action where it counts. The feedback will guide improvements in collaboration, leadership, well-being, and the work environment at TCR. 𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 starts with giving people a voice and acting on what they tell us.
