Introducing the TCL Global Talent Atlas — a new series spotlighting the people powering TCL across the world. In our debut episode, we meet Qinghua, a Quality Engineer at TCL Vietnam's Electro-acoustic Division. She graduated with a degree in Chinese Language and Literature, expecting an administrative career — and was offered a quality engineering role she had no background in. With the guidance of her mentor and TCL's systematic training program, she built her expertise from the ground up, while using her spare hours to read technical materials on her own. Today, Qinghua bridges China–Vietnam collaboration through her language fluency, catches quality risks at the source, and stands as one of the most trusted voices on her team. "If others think you lack the background, that's all the more reason to challenge yourself," said Qinghua.
