In South Australia, the weather delivered a full spectrum, from early frost events that tested our resolve, to an extreme rain period that demanded patience and precision, followed by an extended vintage that asked more of us than usual. The Clare Valley kept us on our toes every step of the way. And yet, this is the nature of great wine, shaped by the season, defined by how we respond. Every year is a year, never the same, never predictable, always earned. What defines a season isn’t just the conditions, but the response. Across our vineyards and winery, our team has navigated moments of uncertainty, pressure and perseverance, through long days, tough calls, quiet determination, and ultimately, the shared satisfaction that comes with seeing it through. This week, that journey turns to celebration. The best of the best has made its way into this year’s wines. Parcels that reflect not only the season, but the care, experience and commitment behind them. To our team, thank you feels insufficient.
