People Ops isn't meant to be a retrieval function, but I have access to a lot of data and information other people are looking for. Basically, I spend a lot of time manually pulling reports from scratch. But now, I've built a dashboard with Rippling AI that changed my whole process. Well really, I've built many dashboards in Rippling, but this one in particular is pulling live data from Salesforce, our ATS, and Rippling into one easy view. It's a more accessible way to view data than I had before, and even gives me visibility into systems I previously wasn't anywhere near. AND I built four workflows on top of it that react to the data automatically when certain things happen, so I don't have to worry about monitoring any potential next steps myself.
