Earlier in my career, I started a leadership program for senior associates who had been identified as high performers at PwC. With the help of Sarah Taylor and Jake Latham, the program ran for a couple years. We called the program Conversations x 10* - and it was centered around leading informed, strategic conversations (note not power point presentations 😛) with Firm leaders. Years later, I still get to interact with many of the participants, and they are still impressive. In fact, Dale Cardoza is now my PwC Tax Partner supporting our external audit. Henry Garrido III leads the Seagate tax department and Tiffany Chu is the PwC Tax Partner on Alphabet. You hear it from me often, but invest in people, invest in relationships and your career will be enriched with friendship and purpose.
