Flexible work arrangements and work-life integration have always been an important part of our agency culture - from our first remote employee back in 2012, to implementing a 4.5-day work week and work-from-home long before COVID-19 introduced a 'new normal' way of work. In recent years, we have also introduced a Work From Anywhere policy for long-term employees to work remotely overseas for up to a month each year. From South Korea to Australia, our managers have shown that good work can be done by good people from anywhere! ❤️ Just last month, our Public Relations Manager Rachael Lim spent a month working in Seoul, where she had the fun, exciting experience of taking work calls from trendy cafes and immersing herself in the city's happenings. 🇰🇷✨ Her journey didn't just end in Seoul. Rachael also facilitated a Journalist Visit Programme in the United States with journalists from Lianhe Zaobao and Tatler Singapore. They flew to Salem to preview Andrew Gn: Fashioning the World at the Peabody Essex Museum, held in collaboration with our client, ACM (Asian Civilisations Museum), where they also had the chance to view the stunning pieces from Singapore's National Collection. 💃 Our team managed travel arrangements and facilitated the visit on-site which included an interview with Andrew Gn as well as a tour of the exhibition, which runs until 16 February 2026.👗❤️ Swipe to see Rachael's journey! ➡️
