As part of its ongoing efforts to empower youth through skill development and employment, Tata Power-DDL recently organized ‘Rozgar Mela 2026 – Phase 2’ at its Learning Centre, CENPEID, to empower vocational training graduates with direct access to employment opportunities, potential employers, and industry exposure. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 400 students, with leading employers including McDonald’s, CROMA, and CIEL (conducting hiring for D-Mart and Haldiram’s), among others, offering opportunities across diverse sectors. The initiative resulted in 160 students securing placements, while 40 students progressed to the next round of interviews, taking the total number of successful candidates to 200. By creating access to meaningful employment opportunities and strengthening pathways to sustainable livelihoods, Tata Power-DDL continues to empower youth and contribute to building a skilled and future-ready workforce. #YouthEmpowerment #SkillDevelopment #TataPowerDDL
