A Journey Back to My Roots: My Return to Tata Elxsi   My journey with Tata Elxsi began in 2007, at a time where I was eager to learn, explore and build a strong foundation in design engineering. From day one, the work challenged me to think deeply, pay attention to detail, and take responsibility for outcomes. Those early years not only shaped my technical skills, but also my mindset toward ownership and quality, values that continue to guide me.   By 2013, I progressed from an individual contributor to a Design Engineer, building strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery skills. A key milestone was my promotion to Senior Design Engineer, where I led a small team, mentored others, and gained hands-on leadership experience through end-to-end project execution.   After several rewarding years at Tata Elxsi, I decided to step outside the organization to broaden my professional exposure. It was not about moving away from Tata Elxsi, but about challenging myself in new environments and accelerating my personal and professional growth. This experience helped me deepen my technical expertise, strengthen my execution capabilities, and develop a greater sense of ownership in driving programs. Most importantly, it gave me clarity on the kind of work culture and values that truly matter to me.   Returning to Tata Elxsi in 2024 felt less like rejoining a former employer and more like coming home. What drew me back was the opportunity to work on complex, end-to-end programs, supported by strong engineering processes and a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and trust. Tata Elxsi offers a unique balance of stability and continuous learning, making it an environment where I can grow meaningfully while creating real impact. Since rejoining, my journey has been both rewarding and fulfilling. I have taken on broader responsibilities, with deeper involvement in planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and program execution. Contributing to critical deliveries under demanding timelines, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and driving successful outcomes have been particularly satisfying experiences.   What made the transition meaningful was the support of my mentors and peers, whose guidance and trust helped me settle in quickly and contribute with confidence from day one. Today, Tata Elxsi continues to be a place where I can grow, learn, and make an impact.
