In the Western Ghats, silence carries movement, memory, and often, the sound of elephants crossing through shared land. At our coffee estates, this landscape has evolved over decades into a place where people and wildlife coexist. A rare elephant movement in the 1980s, today it has gradually become more frequent. To anticipate and respond, we formed a dedicated long-term Wildlife Cell working alongside ground teams, and designed measures like solar fencing, GIS mapping, drones, sensors and trained wildlife trackers, reducing risk while respecting natural movement. #ThisIsTata Tata Consumer Products
