What a joy to work for a company that invests so much in youths!😃 RBC FUTURE LAUNCH has partnered with WE to create a signature program called WASE which is short for WE Are Social Entrepeneur. 👍 On the day youths are guided through interactive workshops to identify root causes of social problems and how to solution for these exploring the concept PASSION +PURPOSE = CHANGE.💪🏻 A few colleagues and I had the opportunity to volunteer on March 5. I was moved with the brilliance and intelligence these young minds showed. Seeing everyone working together to tackle different social justice was simply amazing!😄 The astounding message that echoed throughout the day was ‘ What you want to BE and what you BELIEVE in don’t have to be separate.
