Week #2 - grateful to have another Friday off here at #Tenable Picked up my Mom in Maryland and drove to Rehoboth Beach, DE. No fun in the sun though. Took Mom to visit her dear friend Bobby, who recently became paralyzed. She hasn't seen Bobby in 30 years but they used to talk at least twice a week. They spent several hours reminiscing about the past and they were just so happy to see each other. I know that the reunion was bittersweet but Mom told me several times how grateful she was for taking her to see her friend. 4+ hours drive each way and I was surely tired but I am thankful to have spent quality time with my Mom. We talked and laughed and even belted out a few songs. Mom said "I'm so glad Tenable gave you the day off. What a great company to work for." Yes, indeed.
