Dear readers, I’m excited to share a significant milestone in my PhD journey... my first review publication is now live! 🎉 🔗https://lnkd.in/gpAP4ehz This review paper "Mechanistic insights into fermentation induced starch biotransformation and its food functionality with nutritional relevance" highlights how fermented starch is a promising, industry-relevant innovation for developing healthier and more sustainable food products. Working on this publication has been a valuable learning experience, from critically analyzing existing literature to identifying gaps that can guide future research.
