You’ll partner with business teams across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, advising on product launches, claims, campaigns, and regulatory matters while safeguarding brand and corporate reputation. Key focus areas: • Legal support for product development, marketing, and communications • Review and approval of ads, promotions, and campaigns • Managing litigation and regulatory risks (Food Laws, Legal Metrology, BIS) • Drafting and negotiating commercial and endorsement contracts 10–15 years PQE in Food or beverages or related sectors preferred.
