Product Experience Designer | Balancing Creativity and Functionality | Designing Clarity in Complex Ecosystems for B2B,B2C Products

If we need a fast train, we won’t make a coal train and then convert it to a high-speed diesel-electric train as a high-speed train can also run on standard tracks. The same goes for web design. Instead of creating a desktop website and then forcing it to fit in a mobile box, create a website that addresses the challenges for the mobile device first. We need to adopt a “mobile-first” design strategy. Start designing the smallest screen first and then working the way up to larger screens. 1. To be mobile-first, the content needs to be concise and clear. 2. Keep the website elements you truly need and ditch the rest. 3. Use mobile-friendly CTA buttons. The mobile-first design doesn’t mean changing your entire process but reimagining how to create content, images, CTAs, and communications while keeping the focus on mobile users’ needs.
