The entire session was centered around powerful conversations on AI – how it’s transforming industries and building meaningful products. loved hearing from Efrat Orkin about AI-driven innovations that ServiceNow is building across tech, healthcare, and beyond. A thought-provoking chat with Pinkesh Shah where he mentioned how roles like product and design are not siloed – in fact, the rise of GTM Engineers is shaping a whole new way of working. Then came the workshop, We teamed up with a group and created an AI agent persona for a travel booking journey. Our agent could not only help with bookings but also suggest food spots to explore, plan activity and manage transport facility!
