I’m happy to share some good news — I’ve been promoted to Staff Engineer at O2E Brands! 🎉 This journey has been filled with learning, challenges, and countless opportunities to grow — not just as a developer, but as someone who helps shape how teams build and collaborate. I still remember starting out focused on writing clean code and delivering features efficiently. Over time, that focus evolved into thinking about system design, scalability, developer experience, and mentoring others — all while continuing to create meaningful impact for our users. A huge thank you to Jesse Ehlert for believing in me, pushing me to think long-term, and supporting me throughout this journey. Your guidance has played a big role in helping me grow into this next phase.
