Tomorrow marks 5 years at Premier Truck Rental. When I started, I never imagined how much I would grow through the people, challenges, and opportunities along the way. Over the last five years, I’ve had the chance to help build and strengthen our Premier Partner network, improve processes across our external operations, and work alongside an incredible team that pushes each other to get better every day. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together, from improving quality, accountability, and consistency across our locations, to building stronger partnerships and creating processes that help our teams succeed. Most importantly, I’m grateful for the people. Thank you to the leaders, teammates, and partners who have supported me, challenged me, and trusted me over the years. I’ve learned something from every one of you. When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work, and I’m fortunate to be able to say that after 5 years.
