Did you ever consider the fact, that it is very special for a company and their developers to see the code they write actually coming to life? At Bosch we can proudly say: we make real things move.  🚗 We code your car. 🚲 We code your bike. 🏭 We code your industry. 🏠 We code your home. 💡 We code the everyday.   Last week, I had the pleasure to kick off the #BoCSE (Bosch Conference on Systems and Software Engineering) together with our CEO Stefan Hartung. BoCSE is all about bringing together Bosch’s systems and software engineering community to foster the exchange of ideas, strategies, and best practices across the Bosch software universe.    Towards the end of the week, I was also part of an interactive session together with fantastic experts, like Georg Gruetter, Alexander Röck, Philipp Pelkmann, Dr. Jörg Schmidl and moderator Johannes Büchs. There, we as community discussed the Bosch Software Manifesto, which we are currently compiling. (Stay tuned for more on that!) I enjoy these exchanges within our software community very much and am glad to have earned the status of a community member. I even received the Bosch Developer Advocate Network hoodie recently, which I wear with pride ever since.🤍   Bosch, as many other companies, is still in the middle of a massive transformation towards the digital future and there is still some way to go. I know it can be exhausting or frustrating sometimes. Therefore, my call to all our software experts: Be brave! You can count on my full support.   P.S. You are a developer or digital expert, and this sounds as if Bosch could be the right place for you? We would love to welcome you to the Bosch software community, too. https://lnkd.in/esqUJacx
