שמחתי להשתתף כדוברת בפאנל בוועידת M&A 2026 שהתקיימה לאחרונה בבורסה לניירות ערך ולהציג בכנס את אחד המהלכים הכלכליים הגדולים של השנה: עסקת המכירה של חברת הנדל"ן 'צמח המרמן' לענקית הנדל"ן קבוצת 'עזריאלי' – עסקה שהייתה לי הזכות והאחריות להוביל כיו"ר הוועדה הבלתי תלויה ודח"צית בהצלחה עצומה. בהובלתי שיפרנו את העסקה משווי חברה של 635 מ' ש"ח לשווי של 855 מ' ש"ח. עבורי זה היה רגע מיוחד של סיכום ותובנות. מי שמכיר את עולם העסקים יודע שמאחורי הכותרות בעיתונים הכלכליים והמספרים באקסל – מסתתרים חודשים ארוכים של עבודה מאומצת, פתרון משברים בזמן אמת, זיקוק אינטרסים ובניית אמון. כדי לפצח את האתגרים המורכבים שעמדו בפני הוועדה, נדרשתי לגייס ולהביא אל השולחן את כל היכולות הניהוליות והאישיות שלי: ניהול משא ומתן קשוח ובלתי מתפשר תקשורת בינאישית ופתרון קונפליקטים מורכבים הובלה וניהול תחת לחץ עמידה בכללי וועדה בלתי תלויה תודה ענקית למארגני הכנס ינון הכהן וקרן פרקש מפאן קנה על האירוח המופתי, לחברי לוועדה שרית אהרון ועופר לוי וליועצים המקצועיים שליוו את הוועדה משרד גורניצקי ופירמת MNS, ולכל מי שהגיע, הקשיב ופירגן. ממשיכים קדימה בכל הכוח לאתגר הבא.  I was thrilled to participate as a panel speaker at the recent 2026 M&A Conference held at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. It was an incredible opportunity to present one of the year's most significant economic moves: the sale of the real estate company 'Zemach Hammerman' to the real estate giant, 'Azrieli' Group. I had the distinct privilege and responsibility of leading this transaction to immense success as Chairwoman of the Independent Committee The original offer of Azrieli was in a company valuation of 635 M NIS.
