A couple weeks ago, our Koru Programme alumni came together for an evening of connection, learning, and leadership. Designed to support and develop leaders across Tāmaki Health, the Koru Programme brings together emerging and established leaders from across our clinics and support office. With over 60 leaders having completed the programme so far, the commitment doesn't end at graduation — it continues through opportunities to reconnect, collaborate, and learn from one another. We were privileged to hear from Frances Valintine CNZM, one of New Zealand's leading voices in education, technology, and the future of work. Frances challenged us to embrace change, lead by example, and view AI as an opportunity to enhance the way we work, rather than a threat. A big thank you to our very own Lloyd McCann for facilitating the evening and reinforcing our ongoing commitment to investing in our leaders, and to Rodney Van Zyl for continuing to drive a programme that creates meaningful connections across our organisation. We look forward to welcoming another 30 leaders into the Koru Programme later this year. At Tāmaki Health, we believe our people are our greatest strength. Through the Learning Hub, we're committed to creating opportunities for continuous learning, development, and growth, helping our people build rewarding and meaningful careers.
