Leading from Presence with ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme: A Case Study in Conscious Collaboration Earlier this year, I had the great privilege of working with ZDHC, a pioneering organisation driving sustainable change through collaborative innovation. What began as a full-company Team Alignment journey evolved into a powerful follow up 1.5-day intensive with their Operations Team, using my Lead From Presence Coaching Technology.
