We just launched Sleep Patterns in TALIA. It sounds like a simple addition. It wasn't. Sleep is one of the most reported symptoms of perimenopause and one of the hardest to do anything useful with clinically. Women know their sleep is broken. But they often cannot tell you which nights, what disrupted them, whether it's connected to their HRT, or whether it's getting better or worse since their last dose change. Because memory is unreliable and brain fog makes it worse. We built Sleep Patterns around three decisions we made deliberately. First, it had to be easy to log after a bad night. One tap only if things are ok and a few more when it wasn't. If the barrier is too high, it does not get used. Second, it had to have clinical relevance, not just personal insight. Your sleep record overlays against your HRT schedule, dose changes, and progesterone cycles. If you are using supplements, you can log those too. When your next appointment comes around, sleep patterns can be included in your Doctor's Report. Third, it had to stay on your device. Like everything in TALIA, your sleep data never leaves your phone. Unless you choose to share. Mary Claire Haver, MD describes sleep disruption as present in nearly every woman she sees in perimenopause or early menopause — often without it being the primary complaint. TALIA. Built to make sense of your nights. Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/eZDqtKvK #menopause #perimenopause #sleep #midlifehealth #menopauseawareness
