🏢 Now Hiring: Manager, Property Accounting (Commercial Real Estate) 📍 Location: Downtown Toronto, ON 📅 Contract: 6-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Permanent Hire 🏢 Work Arrangement: 5 Days Onsite Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle property accounting for a commercial real estate portfolio - Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes - Lead CAM reconciliations, tenant recoveries, and operating expense allocations - Review journal entries, account reconciliations, AP, AR, and cash management activities - Mentor and support property accounting team members Qualifications: - 8-10+ years of commercial property accounting experience - Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliations and tenant recoveries - Experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting - French proficiency preferred - Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting systems is considered a strong asset If you are an experienced property accounting professional looking for your next leadership opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
