This is a critical role bridging technical architecture and business value, supporting enterprise IT deals across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security. Location: Lubumbashi, DR Congo Employment Type: Full-Time (Congolese / Expat) Joining: Immediate What You’ll Do: ➝ Understand client requirements and design suitable IT solutions ➝ Architect infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security solutions ➝ Prepare technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses ➝ Conduct POCs, pilots, and client demonstrations ➝ Act as technical SPOC during presales discussions ➝ Support strategic and large enterprise deals ➝ Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams ➝ Stay current on cloud, cybersecurity, AI, networking, and storage What We’re Looking For: ➝ 5–8 years in presales / solution architecture / systems engineering ➝ Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, AWS/Azure, networking & security ➝ Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills ➝ Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact Mandatory: ➝ Fluency in French and English ➝ Prior working experience in DR Congo (DRC) ➝ Immediate joiners preferred ➝ Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSE, AWS, Azure, CISSP (or equivalent) This is not a support role.
