This is a full-time expat leadership role for professionals who have previously worked in DRC and understand the regional market dynamics. Location: Lubumbashi, DR Congo (Expat Role) Language: French (mandatory) + English Experience: 12–15+ years (5+ years in leadership) Immediate joining preferred Remuneration: Negotiable What You’ll Lead: ➝ Drive revenue growth and expand the IT business portfolio ➝ Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with business goals ➝ Build and mentor high-performing sales teams ➝ Identify new enterprise IT, SaaS, managed services, and emerging tech opportunities ➝ Negotiate and close high-value enterprise and partner contracts ➝ Lead brand positioning and demand generation initiatives ➝ Expand OEM, distributor, and technology partnerships ➝ Oversee forecasting, CRM implementation, pipeline optimization, and budgeting What We’re Looking For: ➝ 12–15+ years of IT Sales & Marketing experience ➝ 5+ years in senior leadership roles ➝ Strong exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, emerging technologies ➝ Experience working in DR Congo market ➝ French language proficiency (mandatory) ➝ MBA preferred This is not just a sales role.
