📢 Great news for families and the hospitality sector this summer! It's fantastic to see major operators such as Nando's UK & IRE and Greene King pledging to pass on the benefits of the Government's temporary VAT reduction directly to customers, helping make family meals and days out more affordable during the school holidays. The temporary reduction will see VAT on qualifying children's meals and family-focused attractions fall from 20% to 5% between 25 June and 1 September 2026. Initiatives like this not only support households but also encourage people to get out, enjoy hospitality venues, and create valuable opportunities for businesses across the sector.
