תחום הגיל הרך הוא אחד התחומים המשמעותיים ביותר לעתיד החברה, והוא גם הלב של העשייה שלנו Maslulim NGO עמותת מסלולים . למרות ההכרה הגוברת בחשיבות השנים הראשונות, עדיין קיים פער משמעותי בין ההבנה הזו לבין המשאבים וההשקעה המופנים לתחום. צמצום הפער הזה מחייב לא רק עבודה איכותית בשטח, אלא גם ארגונים חזקים, מקצועיים וברי־קיימא. בשבוע שעבר סיימתי תוכנית משותפת של קרן יד הנדיב Yad Hanadiv והתשתית Hatashtit , שנועדה לחזק ארגונים הפועלים בתחום הגיל הרך. עבורי זו הייתה הזדמנות לעצור, ללמוד ולהסתכל מחדש על הדרך שבה אנחנו ממשיכים לבנות את MASLULIM. קרן יד הנדיב היא שותפה משמעותית לדרך שלנו. לא רק בזכות התמיכה, אלא בזכות האמון והמחויבות העמוקה לקידום שוויון הזדמנויות לילדים בגיל הרך. ותודה מיוחדת לצוות התשתית (ענבל Inbal Freund , אליעד, מיכל ונעמה!) שהוביל תוכנית ברמה יוצאת דופן. החל מבחירת התכנים, דרך רצף הלמידה ועד למרצים ולאורחים. מעבר למקצועיות, הם הצליחו ליצור מרחב שמעודד סקרנות, ביטחון ותחושת מסוגלות להמשיך ולהוביל שינוי. אבל אם יש דבר אחד שאני לוקחת איתי במיוחד, זו הנדיבות. נדיבות של ידע, של ניסיון ושל שיתוף אמיתי מצד המרצים, האורחים והמשתתפות. למידת עמיתים במיטבה Irit Kornblit, PhD Riham Jaber Avner Stepak . אני מסיימת את התוכנית עם כלים חדשים, קשרים משמעותיים ורעיונות להמשך הדרך של MASLULIM – ובעיקר עם הערכה גדולה לאנשים שבוחרים להוביל שינוי חברתי מתוך מקצוענות, שותפות ונדיבות. Early childhood is one of the most important foundations for the future of our society, and it sits at the heart of our work at MASLULIM. While there is growing recognition of the importance of the early years, a significant gap remains between that understanding and the level of investment the sector receives. Bridging this gap requires not only excellent work on the ground, but also strong, resilient organisations that can sustain long-term impact. Last week, I completed a programme jointly delivered by Yad Hanadiv Foundation and Hatachtit, designed to strengthen organisations working in early childhood. For me, it was an opportunity to step back, reflect, and think about the next stage of MASLULIM's journey. Yad Hanadiv has been a valued partner to MASLULIM, not only through its support but through the trust and shared commitment to creating more equal opportunities for young children. My sincere thanks also to the Hatachtit team for designing and delivering an outstanding programme. Every element. from the learning journey and content to the speakers and guest contributors- reflected genuine professionalism. More importantly, they created an environment that fostered confidence, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change is possible. What I will remember most, however, is the generosity: the willingness to share knowledge, experience, challenges, and ideas. It was peer learning at its very best. I leave with new perspectives, practical tools, valuable connections, and renewed energy for the next chapter of MASLULIM, together with deep appreciation for those who lead social change with professionalism, generosity, and purpose.
