The Executive Leadership Team met onsite close to Munich, visiting the home of our packaging brand Ratioform Verpackungen GmbH. TAKKT CEO Andreas Georg Weishaar, together with his Management Board colleagues CFO Timo Krutoff and Helmar Hipp, Divisional President – used the opportunity alongside their ELT colleagues Anke Bergheim (EVP HR), Daniel Zapf (EVP IT), Keri Llewellyn (Divisional President TFS), Yonca Heyse (Divisional President OF&D), and our new joiner Dr. Florian Hofer (General Counsel, EVP, starting July 1), to align on our strategic priorities for Q3 and the remainder of 2026 moving TAKKT forward as joint team. What made the onsite particularly valuable was the direct exchange with the local teams– insightful, energizing and a great reminder of what drives our business forward every day – our people. TAKKT’s global townhall, streamed live from the ratioform warehouse, was another highlight and a strong moment of connection across the company.
