Takeda Egypt supported leading scientific forums focused on scientific exchange in Cytomegalovirus (CMV) management in transplantation, bringing together national and international experts to share the latest evidence and clinical experience. At Hemo Alex Conference 2026, the dedicated Stem Cell Transplanters Workshop explored key aspects of CMV infection, including epidemiology, diagnosis, identification of high-risk patients, and clinical management considerations. Additionally, the International Expert Forum at the Egyptian Society of Nephrology and Transplantation (ESNT) brought together transplant experts from Egypt and international centers, including Mayo Clinic, Florida, to discuss resistant and refractory CMV infections in kidney transplant recipients, emerging evidence, and evolving clinical practice. Through scientific exchange and case-based discussions, these initiatives highlighted the importance of collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous medical education in transplantation. This reflects Takeda Egypt’s continued commitment to supporting medical education, fostering scientific collaboration, and contributing to better outcomes for patients through collaboration with the healthcare community. #TakedaEgypt #Transplantation #CMV #MedicalEducation
