On World IBD Day, we proudly support the International Federation of Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis Associations' call for improved IBD care for all patients.  Living with IBD is not limited to physical symptoms. It also affects mental health, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life, and these parts don’t always get the attention they should. Better care starts with healthcare professionals working together to address the diverse and complex needs of people living with IBD.  A multidisciplinary approach is key to achieving this. By bringing together expertise across different disciplines, care can go beyond managing symptoms and better support patients throughout their journey. 🎥 In this video, physicians and patient representatives share why involving multiple care professionals is essential to improving IBD care and the reality of patients. 👉 Watch the below video and explore our resources for patients here:  https://lnkd.in/eUjYusFQ   #WorldIBDDay #IBD #MultidisciplinaryCare #PatientCentredCare #MentalHealth #ChronicDisease #RevealingTheInvisible
