Congratulations to Dr. Kevan Jacobson and Dr. Genelle Lunken for being awarded the $1M PIONEER Grant by the Canadian Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Consortium (CIRC) for transformative pediatric research in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The PIONEER Grant was established to support innovative, high-quality Canadian clinical research to improving patient outcomes and quality of life for those living with IBD. Takeda is a co-sponsor of the grant, contributing $500,000 of the $1,000,000 award.
